Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on exposure to RBI regulations, IRAC and PSL guidelines
- Conducted end-to-end process testing across credit lifecycle (origination, appraisal, disbursement, monitoring)
- Experience in compliance testing/sustenance testing to assess adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitored and ensured closure of audit observations and repeat findings
- Supported RBI inspections, regulatory audits, and internal audits
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and strengthen control environment
- Chartered Accountant /MBA with 2-3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Risk Advisory
- Semi Qualified CA with 4-5 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Risk Advisory
- Experience in Banking Industry/CA Firm
- Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and report preparation
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
- 6-8 years of experience in, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operations, Process Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, or related functions.
- Hands-on experience in policy drafting, SOP management, process reviews, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Banking products, processes, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution, MBA, CA, semi- qualified CA will be preferred.
- Experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Process Excellence, Policy Management, Product Management, or Business Transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
