• A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technical role within Computacenter’s dynamic and rapidly expanding Professional Services Group. You will join a global organisation delivering services across more than 70 countries.
• You will work with experienced infrastructure and workplace consultants, supporting a large, complex and business critical M365 workplace technology.
• This role is primarily focused on outcome-based project deliveries.
• You will have exposure to enterprise scale M365 solutions, technology transformation, platform migrations, Integrations & Automations.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Providing comprehensive technical consultancy across both pre-sales and post-sales phases, lead consultant teams in delivering client engagements while also supporting pre-sales activities such as qualification, bid responses, solution design & costing.

• Focus on driving customer value and achieving tangible business outcomes through the successful delivery of Computacenter solutions.

• Lead the creation of technical pre-sales responses and articulate the enterprise grade solutions to our global customers.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions

• Deliver technical workshops to our Client.
• Deliver series of technical documentations that includes High-level & Low-level design.

• Provide & Lead the technical governance of in-flight projects.
• Accountable for quality assures deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy within a single technology solution.
• Highlight all technical risks ensuring that Computacenter's exposure to commercial loss can be minimized. 
• Input into business case development
• Identify other Computacenter service and sales opportunities

 

What You’ll Need

 

• Focus on cutting edge Microsoft 365 workloads/Endpoint technologies.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in designing and delivering Microsoft and Azure solutions.
• Strong consulting expertise in M365/Identity & Access Management/ OKTA/ Intune/SCCM/Nexthink/Microsoft Purview/Microsoft Defender & M365 Security stacks.
• Host customer opportunity / strategy meetings, including presenting solutions from a commercial and business perspective
• Ability to design complex multi technology solutions
• Broad knowledge of the business benefits that technical solutions can provide
• Comfortable talking to customers about their business requirements and how they can be addressed by technology solutions within area of expertise
• Ability to support sensitive customer issues at a senior level
• Develop relationships with partners and vendors to enhance opportunities and capabilities for the practice
