• Primary skills:Technology->CRM->SFDC Pardot Design, develop, and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder. Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS). Configure and manage Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder. Create automations for data imports, exports, segmentation, and campaign execution. Develop audience segmentation using SQL queries and Data Extensions. Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, external applications, and third-party platforms using APIs. Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deliverability. Implement personalization, dynamic content, and triggered communications. Collaborate with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver customer engagement solutions. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder. Experience in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Extensions. Experience with Triggered Sends, Transactional Messaging, and Dynamic Content. Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and SFMC Integrations. Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification. Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect. Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP). Experience with MobilePush, SMS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Studio. Understanding of Customer 360 and omnichannel marketing strategies. Experience with CRM integrations and customer analytics.
