About the Role:

We are seeking an Integration Manager (SAP) to provide end-to-end leadership and ownership of SAP integration capabilities across our enterprise systems. This role is accountable for integration architecture, standards, governance, delivery oversight, and operational excellence.

You will partner with enterprise architecture, SAP functional owners, infrastructure/security teams, and external vendors/partners to ensure integrations are reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable. You will not only manage delivery, but also drive continuous improvement across interface quality, monitoring, incident handling, and long-term integration strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Higher education qualification: minimum bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in SAP environments, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project or delivery management.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Proficiency in French would be a plus.
  • Proven experience supporting SAP integrations in a production run/support capacity. Experience in SAP integration or migration projects
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, issue management, scope management, and change control Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent Demonstrated ability to operate integrations using: monitoring tools, logs/trace inspection, and structured troubleshooting
  • Strong incident/problem management skills, including RCA and CAPA execution. Understanding of integration reliability patterns: error handling, retries, reconciliation, idempotency, failure workflows
  • Experience coordinating across multiple technical and functional teams (SAP basis, security, infra, SAP functional, vendors, partners, TMA). Excellent communication skills during incidents and for operational governance. Experience implementing/maintaining integration monitoring and operational KPIs. Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident/problem/change management).

Key Responsibilities:

Own daily operations of SAP integration services/interfaces (production support), including interface health, performance, and stability. Define and maintain monitoring and observability standards:
  • dashboards/alerts, thresholding, operational metrics (throughput, failures, latency, backlog)
  • log/traceability practices for end-to-end message tracking
Lead incident management for integration outages and degraded service:
  • triage, prioritization, escalation, coordination across teams
  • root cause analysis (RCA) and effective recovery actions
Drive problem management:
  • corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • eliminate repeat incidents and reduce operational risk
Ensure integrations follow operationally sound practices Manage the run documentation set (as applicable):
  • runbooks, support playbooks, interface ownership matrix, troubleshooting guides
Oversee SLA/OLAs and ensure operational KPIs are met (as defined by the business). Coordinate integration-related changes impacting run:
  • participate in release readiness, supportability checks, and post-release validation
  • ensure knowledge transfer and readiness for support handover

Partner with SAP functional owners and technical teams to maintain interface requirements consistency. Work with vendors/partners when applicable to ensure effective support coverage and timely resolutions.
