The Health I&E practice at Accenture is looking for experienced healthcare professionals to support and lead Hospital Front Office engagements across strategy, implementation, and consulting for health systems across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. You will work across the full engagement lifecycle, from strategy definition and requirements gathering, through solution design, implementation delivery, and post-go-live optimization - spanning patient access and scheduling transformation, digital front door strategy, patient experience, care navigation, wellness management, @home care, and workforce strategy. Engagements range from business case development and BRD authoring to system implementation and go-live support, shaping end-to-end transformation across consumer experience, clinical operations, and technology.

Functional Capabilities

• Experience delivering end-to-end implementations of patient access, scheduling, or care navigation solutions in healthcare settings
• Contact Center Operations & Transformation - redesigning contact center models through omnichannel routing, workforce optimization, and GenAI-powered virtual agents, agent assist, and intelligent routing
• Growth Strategy - patient acquisition, market positioning, access expansion, and ambulatory footprint strategy
• Vendor selection, IT strategy and digital health solution assessment for patient access platforms, scheduling tools, and care navigation technologies, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and patient portal
• GenAI and AI-powered solutions in patient access, scheduling optimization, and clinical decision support
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshop facilitation - translating clinical and operational needs into structured functional requirements
• Business Requirements Document (BRD) authoring, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for front office technology solutions
• Fit-gap analysis and solution configuration support for patient access platforms, or digital engagement tools
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test script development, and defect triage for front office technology implementations
• Training material development and end-user training delivery for clinical and administrative staff
• Go-live readiness assessment and hyper care support for patient access and scheduling technology deployments

• Supporting healthcare organizations on growth and market entry
• Exposure to value-based care models and their impact on access and patient experience design
• Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in healthcare technology programs

• Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to develop and present actionable recommendations for client strategic decisions on front office transformation
• Contribute to and lead the design and delivery of patient access, scheduling transformation, and care navigation engagements spanning strategy through implementation across EMEA, Americas, and APAC markets
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to define functional and technical needs for front office solutions
• Author and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, process flow documentation, and configuration workbooks for patient access and scheduling technology programs
• Lead fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and configuration reviews for digital front door implementations
• Develop test plans, test scripts, and manage defect resolution cycles in coordination with client and vendor teams
• Design change management programs for clinical and administrative staff on front office tools and workflows
• Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, and digital functions
