Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align architectural strategies with organizational goals.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce platforms with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices related to Salesforce architecture.
