What would you do? • Lead multiple Seller Training and Enablement teams, ensuring delivery excellence, seller readiness, SLA achievement, operational governance, automation adoption, and people development across content, learning administration, and scheduling functions.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Oral Communications • Secondary skill - Sales Enablement • 14 to 18 years of experience in Sales Operations, Training, Enablement, Learning Operations, or Scheduling • 7 to 10 years of people management experience leading multiple teams • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills • Experience working in global delivery environments • Mandatory Skills • Sales Planning and Readiness Operations • Territory and Quota Planning • Account Coverage and Segmentation Management • Forecasting, Scenario Modelling, and Performan
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage content operations, LMS administration, onboarding logistics, training delivery, and scheduling activities • Own SLA performance, operational governance, workforce planning, capacity utilization, and service delivery quality • Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client issues and drive timely resolution • Lead process standardization, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to improve training outcomes, seller readiness, and operational effectiveness • Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and capability development across multiple teams • Ensure knowledge management, cross skilling, and business continuity across the operation • Operational KPIs • Training Completion Rate • Seller Readiness • SLA Adherence • Tool Adoption • Team Engagement and Retention • Execution KPIs • Resolution Turnaround Time • Session Fill Rate • Capacity Planning Accuracy • Automation Adoption • Team Performance and Utilization
