Senior Quality Service Associate,Cross Border, Cross Border

Description

Independently owns and tests mid-sized components, drives team testing efforts, creates SOPs and training modules, and conducts audits. Leverages data to drive process improvements, ensures compliance in test cases and bugs, escalates effectively, and delivers the project on time.

Key job responsibilities
Test and act as the point of contact for mid-sized components and features independently
Create training modules and share knowledge on testing policies, guidelines, and best practices with the team to build capability and ensure consistency.
Create SOPs based on existing test methods and processes
Perform audits for test case execution, bug filing, reports, and other assigned tasks to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Review new test cases and work instructions, and contribute to improving test coverage and/or processes
Escalate issues at the right time through the appropriate medium and drive resolution independently
Contribute to tool improvements, process enhancements, and best practices using data-driven recommendation

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of quality assurance testing experience
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
- Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies
