Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, your day involves transforming complex data into meaningful business insights through predictive statistical modeling. You will engage in analyzing client, market, and performance data to support and enhance decision-making processes. Your role includes applying analytical techniques and tools to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic business outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented models and suggest improvements.
- Document analytical processes and findings clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong capability in data modeling and integration within cloud-based environments.
- Experience in handling large datasets and performing data transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to design and implement predictive models that support business decision-making.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
