Infor EPM Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

The Infor EPM Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The consultant works closely with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics solutions that improve enterprise decision-making and financial performance. Typical responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting solution design, financial modeling, consolidation, reporting, and customer enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting

• Conduct business process and requirements workshops.
• Analyze current budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Design and configure Infor EPM solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical design documents.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and fit-gap analysis.
• Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.

Budgeting & Planning

• Implement Infor EPM Budgeting & Planning.
• Design budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast models.
• Develop driver-based planning and what-if analysis models.
• Support annual operating plans and long-range planning processes.

Financial Consolidation

• Configure and support financial consolidation processes.
• Manage:
• Intercompany eliminations
• Multi-currency consolidations
• Ownership structures
• Group reporting requirements
• Support statutory and management reporting requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Build:
• Management reports
• Board reports
• Executive scorecards
• Self-service reporting solutions
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Implementation Activities

• Requirements gathering and solution design.
• Data migration and validation.
• System configuration and testing.
• Integration support with ERP systems.
• Deployment and post-go-live support.
• End-user training and adoption support.

AMS / Production Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support.
• Troubleshoot planning, consolidation, and reporting issues.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and data loads.
• Support quarterly release upgrades and regression testing.
