Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
Must have skills : Amazon Connect
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Node.js, Java (Programming Language)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native tools that best support and expedite application development processes. This role requires continuous assessment of available cloud technologies to ensure optimal deployment strategies. The engineer collaborates with various teams to integrate these tools seamlessly into existing workflows, ensuring that the cloud environment is robust, scalable, and aligned with project goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving and adaptability to evolving cloud platforms, contributing to the overall efficiency and innovation within the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cloud-native technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align cloud platform strategies with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Experience in automating cloud services and managing cloud resources efficiently.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud platform performance.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
