What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team by setting clear priorities, supporting career growth, increasing capability, and creating an inclusive culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and measurable impact; success measures may include employee engagement, retention, growth-plan completion, succession readiness, promotion readiness, and manager effectiveness feedback.
  • Establish measurable goals and operating rhythms that improve team effectiveness, roadmap predictability, stakeholder readiness, quality outcomes, and on-time delivery of strategic product initiatives; success measures may include milestone attainment, committed-versus-delivered roadmap items, sprint or planning predictability, decision-cycle time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead and drive the end-to-end AI and automated Solutions, product vision, and operational roadmap for one or more product portfolios, with clear ownership of business outcomes, customer experience, and team execution; success measures may include adoption, engagement, self-service usage, knowledge discoverability, content quality, and stakeholder-aligned business outcomes.
  • Drive evaluation and improvement of operational metrics, including readiness, ability to define work, predictability, KPI alignment, quality performance, channel readiness, adoption, and delivery commitments; success measures may include delivery predictability, launch readiness, requirements quality, operational defect reduction, and quality-performance trends.
  • Foster an AI-first operating model across the team by applying AI and GenAI to improve Self-Serve experience or agent efficiency, decision-making, and day-to-day execution.
  • Champion an AI-first product mindset by identifying opportunities to deliver AI based or powered digital support experiences to improve self serve experience, engagement quality, productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Develop a vision for innovative digital experiences enabled through AI solutions, with focus on self-service, service support, employee productivity, and scalable knowledge discovery.
  • Guide portfolio teams in defining value proposition, customer segmentation, business case, and measurable success criteria to bring innovative and disruptive products or experiences to market.
  • Lead the synthesis of product requirements into clear customer and business outcomes by applying intimate customer knowledge, stakeholder insight, and strong articulation of product value and objectives.
  • Align product vision to roadmap execution across all phases of the product portfolio lifecycle and business unit lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, management, optimization, and exit.
  • Improve ease of access to knowledge by defining and evolving content lifecycle practices, publishing strategy, content governance, taxonomy, search relevance, and knowledge quality standards.
  • What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Experience, Software, AI, or related technology fields.
  • Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including managers and senior professionals.
  • Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, or business performance.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios, roadmaps, investments, and organizational priorities.
