Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:
As a Scrum Master, your day revolves around fostering a collaborative and productive environment for software development teams. You enable smooth workflows by guiding teams through Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring that obstacles are promptly addressed. Your role involves continuous engagement with team members to maintain focus on project goals, facilitating communication, and tracking progress through relevant metrics. You act as a catalyst for team cohesion and efficiency, supporting the team s ability to deliver high-quality results within set timelines while adapting to evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance Agile maturity and promote self-organization within the team.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress and productivity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks beyond Scrum.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze and report project progress using Agile metrics and tools.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving within team settings.
- Capability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
