- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focused on secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP (Loan Against Property). - Oversee and drive sales targets within the branch located in Jalore, Rajasthan. - Build and maintain relationships with clients seeking secured business loans. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to loan disbursal. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and customer service. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize branch performance. - Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business objectives. - Handle documentation and reporting related to secured business loans. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders in the branch. - Focus on business development and expanding the secured loan portfolio in the assigned region.Job role
