Branch Receivable Officer
- Collections Management: Track customer repayment schedules and contact overdue accounts via phone calls or field visits.
- Customer Engagement: Build good relationships with clients, answer billing questions, and offer flexible payment options.
- Risk Monitoring: Review daily reports to spot potential payment defaults early.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate short payments or pricing errors with local sales and legal teams.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all transactions follow banking laws and submit regular collection reports to head office
