Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project goals. Your role involves overseeing progress, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating collaboration to deliver high-quality application solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Ability to manage source control, build automation, and release management processes effectively.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools to support scalable deployments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application lifecycle management.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
