Techno-Functional Business Analyst
Experience: 8-10 Years
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Job Summary:
•    Support US business teams and work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions.
•    Work independently to drive requirements, solutions, and project outcomes.
•    Build strong business partnerships and deliver meaningful business value.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Partner with US stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements.
•    Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
•    Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
•    Work with development teams to deliver business solutions.
•    Drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
•    Support testing, UAT, deployment, and process improvements.
Required Skills:
•    8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role.
•    Experience with custom applications and enterprise solutions.
•    Good understanding of .NET, Java, Angular, and React.
•    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
•    Ability to work directly with US business teams and manage multiple priorities.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualities:
•    Business partnership mindset focused on value delivery.
•    Ability to operate independently and influence outcomes.
•    Experience supporting global or US-based stakeholders.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
• Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.

Process Modeling:

• Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools.
• Ability to create basic process models.

Data Analysis:

• Proficient in various data analysis techniques and tools.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis tasks.
• Ability to conduct data analysis workshops and analyze business data.

Business Process Improvement:

• Familiarity with standard process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Familiarity with stakeholder management techniques.
• Ability to manage basic stakeholder relationships.

Solution Design:

• Awareness of solution design techniques.
• Can create simple solution designs using established design patterns and guidelines, to meet business requirements under guidance.
