Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are aligned and interdependencies are effectively managed. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment process through established metrics and pilot programs are key daily tasks. Additionally, facilitating training sessions and adjusting plans based on real-time feedback are integral to driving a successful deployment outcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless deployment activities.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules, resource planning, and budgeting within large-scale projects.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Competence in monitoring project metrics and implementing corrective actions to maintain deployment quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
