Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your treasury and payment solutions expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Treasury and Payment solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IS&T Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Treasury & Finance functions), configure and maintain core Treasury Solutions, and ensure efficient and reliable treasury operations, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of the operation management of our Payment Platform and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and other treasury solutions, but also drive stability, efficiency and controls, lead continuous improvements, and contribute to process documentation and improvements.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

• Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of payment solutions to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and control.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and effective payment operations, continuously strengthening the payments control framework and risk management processes.
• Drive standardized and scalable payment processing practices across the organization by collaborating with Treasury leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Act as the subject matter expert for payment-related strategic initiatives, projects, and transformation programs.
• Monitor payment performance, manage operational exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and external partners.
• Define and assess treasury and payment integration requirements, conduct gap analyses, and coordinate solution delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the deployment of treasury and payment solutions, including configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Oversee partner managed Level 2/3 application support, ensuring effective incident management, SLA adherence, and service continuity across a complex global payment environment.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive sustainable corrective actions and process improvements.
• Support change and release management activities to ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal Incident and Service Management team to implement and adhere service KPI and governance framework.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and high service standards.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining appropriate documentation, controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Finance or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in managing global support teams and working across multiple time zones.
• Strong hands-on experience of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Ability to monitor and improve system stability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in creating and maintaining operational procedures, runbook, and knowledge management repositories.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholders such as Treasury teams, Business users, Banks, IT development teams, and Suppliers effectively.
• Experience of project delivery, system enhancements and application support.
• Knowledge of Payment lifecycle, reconciliation, and bank statement processing.
• Good understanding of banking operations, payments, risk, compliance and process transformation.
• Experience with ERP Finance, Payment processing platform and Treasury Management System (TMS) is preferred.
• Ability to analyze interface issues and data flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
