Senior Automation Tester / SDET (Manual & Automation) – 4 to 6 Years Oracle HCM Experience (4B)
• Create and maintain Manual & Automation Scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and quarterly releases.
• Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and data-driven test assets.
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot automation failures, and work closely with development and functional teams.
• Drive automation coverage improvement, quality metrics reporting, and release readiness assessments.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM modules, Agile delivery, Opkey
