What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies. Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
What are we looking for? 1. Strong consultative sales skills with expertise in prospecting, pipeline management, objection handling, negotiation, and consistently achieving sales targets. 2. Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization using key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, and ROAS. 3. Experience managing and optimizing search, display, shopping, and e-commerce advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. 4. Proficient in CRM systems, spreadsheets, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making to manage pipelines and identify growth opportunities. 5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions. Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders. Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement. Experience working with CRM systems. Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and recommending strategies to improve ROI, conversions, and campaign efficiency. 2. Build strong relationships with SMB advertisers by providing consultative support, understanding business objectives, and driving long-term customer success and retention. 3. Drive revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales, lead qualification, account expansion, and upsell/cross-sell of advertising solutions. 4. Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including campaign setup, activation, optimization, monitoring, and ongoing account management. 5.Maintain accurate pipeline, CRM, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
