5. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology or equivalent 

Educational Qualification:
•    BE/B.Tech (Any Engineering Discipline) or MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Systems)
•    Consistent academic performance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who aspire to build a career as SAP Functional Consultants specializing in SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong business fundamentals, are comfortable leveraging AI tools for learning and productivity, and are eager to work with global supply chain and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Learn and configure SAP MM, WM, and EWM business processes.
•    Understand procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics workflows.
•    Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
•    Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.
•    Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
•    Support end users and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams.
•    Continuously enhance SAP knowledge through structured learning and certifications.
•    Utilize AI-powered tools to improve research, documentation, testing, process analysis, and productivity.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Graduate-Level Business Knowledge:
•    Procurement and Purchasing
•    Inventory Management
•    Supply Chain Fundamentals
•    Warehouse Operations
•    Logistics and Distribution
•    Business Process Analysis
•    Data Analysis using Excel or similar tools

Technical & Digital Skills:
•    Basic understanding of ERP concepts
•    Knowledge of databases or programming is an advantage but not mandatory
•    Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
•    Ability to learn enterprise software quickly

AI Readiness (Mandatory):
Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with modern AI tools and responsible AI usage, including:
•    ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or equivalent AI assistants
•    AI-assisted research and documentation
•    Prompt writing and structured problem-solving
•    AI-supported data analysis and presentation preparation
