Role

As the Executive - Security, you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the CSO. The purpose of your role is to manage security and safeguard of assets, material and manpower at location from possible risks (External and Internal) by ensuring adherence to the established procedures so that there is no unplanned Interruptions of plant operations.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Operation Management - 25%

4. Crisis control - 15%
5. Workforce Management - 10%

A Day in the life

As the Executive - Security your role will have to ensure the comprehensive protection of organizational assets, materials, and personnel against internal and external risks through strict adherence to established security protocols, thereby maintaining uninterrupted plant operations

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/diploma
- Min 3 Yrs of Industrial Security Experience with a manufacturing company
- Experience in handling Physical Security & Electronic Security

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- MS Office suite
- Crowd Management
- Competency to handle emergency situations
- Problem Solving

Behavioural Skills

- Strong commitment to policies & procedures
- Liaising for intelligence gathering
