- Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements; manage risk registers.
- Financial Oversight: Own P&L for operations; monitor budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
- Innovation: Implement technology-driven solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
- Executive Reporting: Present operational performance and strategic plans to leadership.
About You:
- Graduate/Postgraduate; 15+ years in facility management leadership.
- Expertise in operations strategy and governance.
- Strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
