What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger. • Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.
What are we looking for? • Prepare, review, and post daily or monthly journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications. • Account Reconciliations: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, bank statements, and sub-ledgers to maintain accurate records. • Month-End Close: Execute full-cycle month-end and year-end closing activities to generate timely financial statements. • Variance Analysis: Analyze financial statements and investigate budget or expense variances. • Compliance & Audits: Ensure financial records follow GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting
