Role: Project Manager

Experience Required:

• Minimum 12+ years of total IT industry experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.

 

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT project delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile project execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in project management, and possess working knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Azure Boards. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource utilization effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and DevOps principles.
• Maintain project artifacts, sprint backlogs, and work item tracking using Azure Boards.
• Ensure successful release planning and deployment coordination with DevOps teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong Project Management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Azure Boards for backlog, sprint, and work item management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• PMP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to Azure Cloud and enterprise-scale project delivery.
