Role Summary
The SAP Signavio Solution leads the design and implementation of business process intelligence and management solutions using the SAP Signavio suite (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler). This role bridges business process strategy with SAP technical delivery, guiding clients through process discovery, mining, modeling, and continuous improvement — often as part of broader S/4HANA transformation or RISE with SAP engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Signavio solution design: process discovery, as-is/to-be modeling, process mining, and benchmarking against SAP best-practice content
• Architect integrations between SAP Signavio and S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party systems (ERP, CRM, ticketing tools) for process mining data extraction
• Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points, automation opportunities, and standardization potential
• Define governance models for process documentation, ownership, and lifecycle management within Signavio
• Translate mined process insights into actionable transformation roadmaps, tying findings to S/4HANA migration or AMS optimization initiatives
• Configure and customize Signavio Process Intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and conformance checks
• Partner with functional and technical SAP teams (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) to align process models with system design decisions
• Mentor junior consultants and business analysts on Signavio methodology and tooling
• Support pre-sales activities: solution scoping, effort estimation, and client-facing demos

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in SAP consulting, with 2+ years hands-on with SAP Signavio (Process Manager and Process Intelligence) and Process insight.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation and process modeling standards
• Experience with process mining concepts and tools (Signavio Process Intelligence, Celonis, or similar)
• Familiarity with S/4HANA business processes across at least one core module area (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.)
• Experience integrating Signavio with SAP systems via APIs or connectors
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• SAP Signavio certification (Process Manager or Process Intelligence) preferred
• Consulting/SI background (client-facing delivery experience) strongly preferred

Preferred/Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Exposure to RISE with SAP transformation programs
• Familiarity with Joule/AI-driven process recommendations within the SAP ecosystem
• Industry vertical experience (manufacturing, chemicals, hi-tech) a plus

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, greenfield discovery phases
• Collaborative, able to work across business, functional, and technical teams
