Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, and enterprise application development. The role will lead the design, development, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.

Software Requirements

Required

• C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, and REST APIs.

• Angular 10+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Entity Framework Core and LINQ.

• SQL Server and/or Oracle, including stored procedures and query optimization.

• Microservices architecture.

• JWT/OAuth authentication and authorization.

• Unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or equivalent.

• Git, Visual Studio/VS Code, CI/CD, and Agile practices.

Preferred

• Azure cloud services.

• Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Banking, financial services, or regulated-industry experience.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead development of .NET Core and Angular applications.

• Design REST APIs, microservices, and database solutions.

• Develop stored procedures and optimize application and SQL performance.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

• Implement testing, security, CI/CD, and deployment practices.

• Troubleshoot application and production issues.

• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business stakeholders.

• Promote maintainable, secure, scalable, and resource-efficient solutions.

Technical Skills

• Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, LINQ.

• Frontend: Angular 10+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Database: SQL Server/Oracle, data modeling, stored procedures, query optimization.

• Architecture: Microservices and responsive UI development.

• Tools: Git, Visual Studio/VS Code, CI/CD, unit testing, Agile.

• Security: JWT, OAuth, authentication, authorization, and secure coding.

• Preferred: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of full stack or enterprise application development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, Angular, SQL, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Experience leading technical delivery, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Equivalent practical experience, certifications, or technical training may be considered in place of a degree.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design, develop, test, and review application components.

• Build APIs, Angular features, microservices, and database objects.

• Resolve defects and performance issues.

• Participate in Agile meetings, design discussions, and deployments.

• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, architecture, product, and business teams.

• Document solutions, risks, and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

• .NET, Azure, cloud, or Agile certifications are preferred.

• Commitment to continuous learning in software development, cloud, security, and modern engineering practices.
