Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in JDE CNC Administration to manage and optimize Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne environments
Job Description
Manage the administration of Oracle JDE CNC environments ensuring system stability and optimal performance Oversee installation configuration and maintenance of JDE EnterpriseOne versions including 90 91 and Develop and implement strategies for JDE CNC upgrades including performance tuning release upgrades and environment upgrades Ensure compliance with security policies through effective user role management JDE security administration and task view configurations Manage package deployment and job scheduling across platforms such as AS400 Universe Atomic and JDE Scheduler tools Maintain and optimize Web Client and Fat Client environments to ensure seamless user experience Monitor and troubleshoot data source management object configurations and mappings to address operational issues Collaborate with infrastructure teams for network access firewall setups and other infrastructure configurations supporting JDE CNC operations Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures to support audits and knowledge sharing
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and execute JDE CNC installation configuration and upgrades to meet business requirements
Monitor system performance and apply patches and ESUASU updates to keep the environment current
Manage user roles security settings and task views to ensure secure and efficient access
Schedule and monitor job executions ensuring timely completion and resolving any failures
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system issues related to CNC components including JAS HTML Server Server Manager Web Services Web Server and Enterprise Server
Oversee printer setups job queue management and custom path code definitions
Facilitate communication and coordination with crossfunctional teams for infrastructure and application support
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability performance and user satisfaction
