Your key responsibilities

Role Summary

The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module. The consultant works with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to design recruitment processes, manage system configuration, and support end-to-end talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Set up requisition templates, offer templates, application workflows, and recruiting permissions.
• Configure candidate application processes, status sets, and recruiting routes.
• Support integrations between Recruiting, Employee Central, Onboarding, and third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot recruiting-related issues.
• Support releases and adoption of new SAP SuccessFactors features.
• Train HR and recruiting teams on system functionality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years (or as required) of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Recruiting Management (RCM)
• Candidate Experience (RMK) (preferred)
• Recruiting permissions and role-based permissions (RBP)
• Business rules
• MDF framework
• XML template configuration
• Experience with integrations using CPI/BTP Integration Suite or middleware tools.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Certification.
• Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding, and Employee Central.
• Exposure to implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Report Center and Story Reporting.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
• Recruiting localization requirements.
• Data migration and system integration projects.
• Agile project delivery methodology.
