We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Post-Acute Applications Support Specialist 

Job Summary

The Post-Acute Applications Support Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day production support, application maintenance, testing, and on-call support for a portfolio of post-acute care applications. This role is critical to maintaining business operations by ensuring application availability, supporting monthly upgrade testing, managing incidents, and coordinating application releases across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for post-acute care applications during business hours and participate in after-hours and overnight on-call rotations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Perform application testing, integration testing, regression testing, and release validation activities.
• Support application upgrades, deployments, and monthly WellSky product release testing.
• Manage user provisioning, access requests, security controls, and Active Directory-related activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support operational initiatives.
• Maintain application documentation and ensure proper incident tracking and escalation.
• Independently assess and respond to time-sensitive incidents while escalating critical issues appropriately.
