Job Description
Job Type: Ascend Capital is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Branch Manager – Sales to manage branch-level sales operations, lead a sales team, and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily branch sales activities.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business and market share.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition, field visits, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, team productivity, and target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Ensure proper customer documentation and timely application processing.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
