Role Summary

As a Blinkit Delivery Executive in Agra, your core task is to pick up grocery and household orders from a assigned local dark store and deliver them safely to nearby customers within a short radius (typically 3–5 km).

Key Responsibilities

• Pick & Deliver: Collect packed orders from the local Blinkit store and deliver them to customers' locations promptly.
• Route & Order Management: Follow GPS navigation on the app to select the fastest routes.
• Payments & Verification: Handle digital payment confirmations or cash-on-delivery (COD) collection when required.
• Customer Interaction: Ensure friendly, polite, and safe drop-offs at the customer's doorstep.

Payout & Benefits

• Expected Earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+ per month (earnings are directly tied to order count, distance, and peak incentives).
• Payout Frequency: Weekly payouts direct to bank account.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Age: Minimum 18 years old.
• Vehicle & License: A two-wheeler (Bike or Scooter) with a valid Driving License, OR an Electric Two-Wheeler / Bicycle.
• Documents Required: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and active Bank Account details.
• Smartphone: Android smartphone with a working mobile data connection for app navigation.
• Locality Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Agra routes and neighborhoods.
