Job Description

  • For Telecaller- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding solar panel installation.
  • Explain solar systems, government subsidies, financing facilities, and installation benefits.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • For Field executive- Visit residential and commercial customers to promote solar panel installation.
  • Generate new leads through field visits and local market networking.
  • Deposit documents at different different departments like electricity department, banks etc.
  • Conduct preliminary site visits and collect basic customer and rooftop details.
  • Coordinate with the office team for quotations, customer follow-ups,handle back office work and installation scheduling.
  • For Computer Operator - Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily sales reports.
  • Enter and update customer information in MS Excel and company software.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other office documents.
  • Maintain records of solar enquiries, site visits, orders, and installations.
  • Coordinate with telecallers, field executives, customers, and installation teams.
  • Manage customer follow-up lists and update lead status regularly.
  • Handle printing, scanning, email communication, and document filing.
