Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job SummaryOMNIZ INDIA is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Loan Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful loan applications. This is a target-based sales role, ideal for candidates with strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and explain personal loan, business loan, and other financial products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
