Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial transactions, ledgers, journals, and general ledger accounts.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, track payments, prepare vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure record accuracy.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file local taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax, or Sales Tax) in compliance with current regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statements).
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate salary structures, deductions, and payroll taxes (if applicable).
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic financial audits.
  • Key Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CA Inter is a plus).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations (fresher roles may apply for Junior Accountant positions).
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or Busy).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
  • Strong knowledge of local taxation policies (GST, TDS, statutory compliance).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, ethical judgment, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
