Job Description

RPA / Automation Developer (Process Automation)Finquest Business Solutions | Ahmedabad (On-site) | 2–5 years


What you'll do:

  • Automate recurring financial reports (P&L, cash flow, MIS, dashboards)
  • Build PDF/Excel parsers to extract data from invoices, remiitance advice bank statements & payroll slips (with OCR)
  • Auto-detect, merge & split PDF/Excle files into clean outputs
  • Create validation logic & exception handling (reconciliation, duplicate detection, error flags)
  • Design & maintain n8n automation workflows via APIs & webhooks
  • Build interactive BI dashboards (Power BI / Zoho Analytics)
  • Write Python scripts for custom automation & data processing
  • Document workflows with clear SOPs

What you need:

  • Hands-on with n8n (or Make / Zapier / Power Automate)
  • PDF/Excel parsing & OCR tools (pdfplumber, PyPDF2, etc.)
  • BI tools — Power BI / Zoho Analytics
  • Python + strong Excel / Power Query / SQL
  • Understanding of accounting workflows & financial data

Bonus:

  • Accounting KPO/BPO experience
  • Xero / QuickBooks / MYOB / Zoho Books knowledge
  • Git & AI/LLM document-extraction tools
