Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in US IT staffing and recruitment. You will be responsible for marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) to prime vendors and clients, and placing them on suitable projects. Key Responsibilities • Market bench consultants' resumes to clients, prime vendors, and Tier-1 vendors through job portals, email campaigns, and networking • Regularly update and format consultant resumes according to client/job requirements • Search for suitable job requirements on job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases • Submit consultants for matching job requirements and follow up on submissions • Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and close positions within timelines • Build and maintain a strong network of vendors, prime vendors, and clients • Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors • Maintain daily/weekly trackers of submissions, interviews, and placements • Maintain regular communication with bench consultants regarding their availability and interview status Requirements • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, HR, IT, or related field preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Basic understanding of US IT staffing/recruitment concepts (training will be provided) • Strong negotiation and convincing skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Good interpersonal and networking skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Prior internship or academic project related to HR/recruitment • Familiarity with visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, USC) • Knowledge of job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn What We Offer • Comprehensive training on US IT Bench Sales process • Attractive incentive structure • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing BPO/RPO organization • Supportive and collaborative work culture
