Not your typical BPO job.We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who can talk to founders, understand businesses, and actually close conversations — not just read a script.

At ConsultUp India, we work with startups, MSMEs and growing businesses across funding, government schemes, startup compliance and business advisory.

• What you’ll doConnect with inbound leads and understand their business requirements.
• Speak with founders and business owners over calls and Google Meet.
• Qualify leads based on their business stage, structure and requirements.
• Explain relevant ConsultUp India services clearly.
• Follow up with prospects and move conversations towards closure.
• Coordinate with advisors and internal teams for qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-up records.
• Own your numbers — calls, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
• What we’re NOT looking forSomeone who just wants to make random cold calls all day.
• Someone who needs a script for every conversation.
• Someone who says “lead quality kharab hai” without trying to understand the lead.
• Someone waiting for work to be spoon-fed.
• What we ARE looking forGood communication skills — English + Hindi preferred.
• Confidence while speaking with founders and business owners.
• Ability to understand a business conversation quickly.
• Good follow-up discipline.
• Sales mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude.
• Prior BDA / Inside Sales / Business Development experience is a plus.
