The Skin Code, a premium Skin, Hair, Laser, Slimming, Salon & Wellness Clinic, is looking for an experienced & result-oriented Center Head cum Sales Manager to manage our clinic operations and drive sales growth.

📌 Position:Center Head cum Sales Manager

📍 Location:Ahmedabad

💼 Experience:2–7 years preferred

Candidates with experience in Aesthetic Clinic / Dermatology / Cosmetology / Salon / Wellness Industry will be preferred.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Manage overall day-to-day clinic operations
• Handle and lead the sales & front-office team
• Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
• Convert leads into consultations and treatment packages
• Follow up with existing and potential clients
• Drive package sales, upgrades, renewals & cross-selling
• Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent client experience
• Monitor daily leads, conversions, collections and sales performance
• Train and motivate the sales team
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and clinic staff
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities
• ✅ Candidate Profile:Proven experience as Sales Manager / Center Manager / Clinic Manager
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skin, hair, laser and salon services
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and good leadership abilities
• Ability to manage a team and clinic independently
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills
• Presentable, confident and professional personality

💰 Salary:₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Incentives

(Depending on experience and performance)
