About the Role

OAJAS Infra Group is expanding its Real Estate Investment & Partnership Business and is looking for well-connected, business-oriented professionals who can introduce potential clients and investors to suitable real-estate investment and partnership opportunities.

This is a relationship-driven channel partner opportunity, particularly suitable for professionals who already have a strong network of business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, professionals or financially active individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential investors and clients through your existing professional/personal network.
• Introduce suitable prospects to OAJAS Infra Group's real-estate investment and partnership opportunities.
• Develop relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors and other potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads and facilitate initial discussions with the OAJAS team.
• Coordinate with the company's team for presentations, meetings and further client engagement.
• Maintain professional follow-ups and relationship management.
• Build a long-term network of potential clients and referral sources.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

• A strong local/professional network in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar or surrounding business areas
• Existing relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors or HNIs
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales, financial products, insurance, real estate or client acquisition
• A business-oriented mindset
• Ability to generate referrals and qualified introductions
• Professional credibility and good interpersonal skills

Opportunity for Full-Time Role

Based on performance and suitability, selected channel partners may have an opportunity to transition into a full-time position after the initial training period.
