Job Description
CNC Machine Operator with minimum 2 year experience in handling job work & readily available for job. Working hour 9 Am to 7 PM.
- Role: Interprets engineering blueprints, CAD/CAM designs, and 3D models.
- Core Tasks: Writes the G-code and M-code programs that tell the machine how to move, what speeds/feeds to use, and which cutting tools to select. Programmers optimize toolpaths for manufacturing efficiency, simulate operations to avoid machine crashes, and select tooling strategies.
CNC Machine Operator (Execution & Operations)
- Role: Executes the program and manages the physical machining process on the shop floor.
- Core Tasks: Loads raw materials, mounts cutting tools, runs program files, performs physical offsets, monitors the cut for quality or tool wear, and inspects finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
