Contract Manager

Job Summary

Corrtech International Limited is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a Civil Engineering background and over 5-7 years of relevant experience in handling contracts, commercial activities, and client correspondence, preferably in Water Infrastructure Projects.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end contract management, client coordination, contractual documentation, claims management, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for Water Infrastructure Projects.
• Handle client correspondence, official letters, contractual communications, and follow-ups.
• Review, interpret, and manage contract agreements, BOQs, scope of work, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
• Prepare and review contractual letters, notices, claims, and variation orders.
• Handle claims related to delays, extension of time (EOT), additional costs, and scope variations.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend suitable measures to protect the company's interests.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, amendments, correspondence, and other contractual documents.
• Support project teams in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues.
• Ensure timely submission of contractual documents, reports, and client communications.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Experience in Water Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
• Strong experience in client correspondence and contractual communication.
• Hands-on experience in contract administration, claims management, EOT, and variation orders.
• Good understanding of EPC / Infrastructure project contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
