Field Officer

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage security guards at assigned sites.
• Ensure proper deployment and availability of security manpower.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain discipline among guards.
• Handle guard attendance, duty rosters, replacements, and manpower shortages.
• Ensure guards follow company and client security procedures.
• Coordinate with clients regarding security-related requirements and complaints.
• Monitor guard performance and take corrective action when required.
• Report incidents, absenteeism, and operational issues to the management.
• Ensure proper uniform, grooming, discipline, and documentation of guards.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and HR team for manpower requirements.
• Maintain daily field reports and site visit records.
• Handle emergency situations and provide immediate operational support.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Security Manpower / Security Services industry is mandatory.

Experience as Field Officer, Security Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role preferred.

Good knowledge of security guard deployment and site operations.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and security personnel.

Must be responsible, disciplined, and willing to travel for site visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting will be an advantage.

• Candidates with relevant security manpower industry experience will be preferred.
