- Job Title: Financial Advisor – TATA AIA
Job Description: Financial consultant
We are hiring experienced Financial Advisors for TATA AIA.
Eligibility: Graduate with 1 year experience in financial product sales
Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Financial Advisory.
Good communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to generate leads and close sales.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Unlimited Commission
No upper limit on commission – higher performance leads to higher earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers and promote TATA AIA life insurance products.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide after-sales support.
