Job Description

Supervise and manage daily hospitality operations.

Handle staff attendance, discipline, and work allocation.

Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and service standards.

Coordinate with clients, staff, and management.

Monitor day-to-day activities and resolve operational issues.

Maintain proper reports and records.

Ensure smooth and professional service at the site.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or a similar role preferred.

Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.

Ability to manage a team and handle daily operational responsibilities.
