HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

•    Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

•    Understand hiring requirements across different departments and source candidates accordingly

•    Actively use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.) for job postings and candidate sourcing

•    Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

•    Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds

•    Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities

•    Maintain and update recruitment database, trackers, and MIS reports

•    Coordinate closely with department heads/hiring managers to understand manpower needs

•    Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring/bulk hiring needs

•    Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

•    Follow up with candidates post-joining to ensure retention and address early concerns

Requirements

•    Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (any industry)

•    Mandatory hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.)

•    Strong target-oriented and result-driven mindset

•    Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written

•    Ability to multitask and manage hiring for multiple departments simultaneously

•    Strong negotiation and convincing skills

•    Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred)
