Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and maintain employee records.
  • Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee salary documentation.
  • Handle employee queries and support HR-related matters.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of HR files, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
