About the RoleThis is not a BPO calling job.

You’ll be working with inbound leads who have already shown interest in Consultup India.

You’ll speak directly with founders, entrepreneurs, MSMEs and business owners, understand their requirements, conduct calls and Google Meet discussions, and help move genuine prospects towards conversion.

• What You’ll DoHandle and respond to inbound leads.
• Connect with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Conduct or coordinate Google Meet discussions.
• Understand the client's business and requirements.
• Explain relevant Consultup India services clearly.
• Build meaningful conversations instead of following a rigid calling script.
• Follow up with interested prospects and keep the pipeline active.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Advisory and Operations teams.
• Track leads from Inquiry → Discussion → Follow-up → Conversion.
• Maintain daily sales activity and pipeline reports.
• Work towards individual and team revenue targets.

• Strong communication skills
• Confidence on calls and Google Meet
• Good listening and questioning skills
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to understand business requirements
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic CRM, WhatsApp, Email and Google Sheets knowledge
• A target-oriented mindset
• Ownership of your leads and conversations

Important: This Is Not TelecallingYou won’t be spending your day randomly calling numbers.

There are inbound leads, real business requirements and actual conversations with potential clients.

The focus is on:

Inbound Lead → Understand Requirement → Call / Google Meet → Consultation → Follow-up → Conversion

We care about quality conversations, pipeline movement and revenue, not just the number of calls you make.

Who Can Apply?Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales.

Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Consultancy or Startup Advisory will have an advantage.

Compensation₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives

Compensation will depend on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
