Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Explain and recommend suitable products to customers.
- Handle billing, orders, and product enquiries.
- Maintain proper product display and store discipline.
- Follow up with customers for repeat business and pending orders.
- Coordinate with inventory and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/computer operations.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in sportswear, sports equipment, or retail sales will be an advantage.
